Month 1 - 3

(Re-)explore your research space to fine-tune the problem you are solving, your target and the associated business model.
- Get onboard at the coworking space and meet the other startup teams.
- Evaluate your Status Quo, define your needs and key milestones with your Program Lead Coach.
- Go to the field, conduct interviews, test hypotheses and validate your value proposition.
- Fine-tune your low-fidelity prototype and plan the product development.
- Get a clear understanding of the medical regulatory requirements for building a healthcare solution.

Develop your (next) product version and plan your launch

Month 4 - 6

Develop the next iteration of your product and define your go-to-market strategy.
- Fine-tune your product strategy by prioritizing and validating the key product use case(s) to be tested.
- Collect all the requirements and resources to develop your product.
- Find partners and users for first pilot testing.
- Challenge and validate your business model.
- Develop and test your product and the willingness to pay.
- Define your go-to-market strategy and pricing model.
- Define a clear customer/partner acquisition strategy and increase visibility.

THINK AND TALK BUSINESS

Month 7 - 9

Think business, connect, and plan your 'after' program milestones.
- Boost your connections with relevant stakeholders to plan your 'after' program: Business Angels, VCs, strategic partners, research institutes...
- Fine-tune your business plan and financial plan.
- Strengthen your communication.
- Get more visible and multiply pitch sessions.
- Pursue your product iteration.
- Plan your 'after' program milestones: medical device certification, financing, grant programs, business development.
